Stainless Steel does not rust, right? Wrong!!
If conventional tools are used with stainless steel components or fixings, microscopic traces from the tools get left behind on the fixings and rust over time, causing the appearence of corrosion. This effect, known as "extaneous rust", can cause chemical reactions leading to further damage to the stainless steel.
This can be prevented through the use of stainless steel tools.
Wera stainless steel screwdrivers feature their patented Kraftform handle design for optimum control, and the working part of the tool and the shaft are completely fashioned in stainless steel to prevent any possibility of contamination.
